Printciple are a new custom textile printer, we specialise in Silk Screen Printing because it provides higher quality prints than either heat press or digital printing. We can print on a huge range of promotional clothing and goods in small or large quantities. We keep our overheads low so we can offer competitive prices. Approach us with your requirements and we will discuss a solution tailored to your situation. What are my payment options?
How do you want to pay? You can use Paypal to pay online, its quick, easy and secure, You can pay with a debit or credit card via our check out page ( we use Lloyds TSB payment services to process your payments. ) you also have the option to pay by cheque, bank transfer or by debit or credit card directly through us. We take 50% o the total cost up front and the rest once we have liaised and you are happy with the final design.

What are screen costs?
Screens are what we use to get the print onto your garments, we have to use 1 screen for every design and colour front and back of the garment, quite apart from the time it takes, silk screens are expensive, this is why we have to pass the cost on, speak to your account manager, he may be willing to compromise over screen costs!

Do your prices include VAT?
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

When do I receive my purchases?
We aim to get our goods to you as soon as possible, but please remember we have to rely on suppliers too, we aim to despatch within a week and have your purchases to you within 2 weeks of your final confirmation of design, on smaller orders you will get it sooner. If your goods are needed at short notice, we can make arrangements where possible to speed up the process and/or upgrade delivery.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once we have taken your final payment you will get a confirmation from us that your order is on its way, you can get in touch via the contact page at any time for an update.

I’m not happy with the gear you sent me, what now?
If you have received your goods, if there is a problem with an individual item or print then we will replace that item, likewise if there is a problem where the quality of print is not up to our standard, we will take the order back. This however is very unlikely to be the case as quality control is very important to us and we would never send out goods we deem to be imperfect. But we cannot give refunds for any other reasons.

How do I know what size to get?
Each item in the shop has individual sizes available, including a size guide. Please check before you order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
 We always despatch goods within 1 week of the final payment being taken, If there is a specific request orders can be rushed and shipping upgraded, but please be aware this may not always be possible as we may not have all items in stock at all times.

The cost of shipping is dependant on your order and where you are. When you process your order the website will automatically determine how much shipping you have to pay. Packages will usually be sent out first class recorded delivery, you will need to sign for it, if you are not available the package will be waiting for you at the post office. If on the rare occasion we are unable to send your item due to supplier problems, we will get in touch and offer you an alternative, if you are unhappy we will gladly offer you a refund. It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct delivery details, we will deliver to the address you supply us with, no responsibility will be taken for incorrect delivery if we have sent to the address we received.

Delivery cost vary greatly depending on the size and weight of the package, we will liaise with you at the stage of design confirmation to see which delivery options you would like.

RETURNS

PRIVACY
When you shop online at Printciple.co.uk we want you to feel you can do so securely, and we understand security and trust is a key factor in keeping you satisfied. And we know some customers can be uncomfortable divulging their payment details to companies without a well-known brand name. We have created a shopping environment in which you can have total confidence in using. While we hold all your order and address information, we do not process your payment. We pass responsibility for taking your payment to one of two trusted third party’s of your choosing. This means we do not hold any of your debit or credit card information, we leave that to trusted financial institutions, and therefore is safer than using your card in a shop on the high street. Once you add items to your cart and reach the checkout stage you can select to pay securely in one of two ways;

Paypal is recognized world wide and is one of the worlds leading and most trusted online payment system and gives YOU complete control over your payments to Printciple. Paypal is also eBay’s preferred method of payment. If you select Paypal as your payment method we never have any access to your financial information, you are in control. If you have a Paypal account then you know how it works, just select ‘Paypal’ at the check out stage and place your order that way.

If you are new to Paypal you can set up an account free of charge through Printciple.co.uk. No credit/debit card information is required to sign up to Paypal. However once you are signed up, and you have a Paypal account you can just add money to cover your purchases with Printciple, or any other online retailer. All your purchases are protected with Paypal Buyer Protection.

GARMENT CARE
At Printciple we pride ourselves on our products, we want them to last you as long as possible as we’re sure you do too!. We advise that all garments, especially printed garments are washed inside out. Printed products should be ok to tumble dry, but it will slowly degrade the quality of the print, ideally our printed garments would like to be out on the line to dry! Most importantly of all, only iron printed goods inside out, if you iron directly onto the print, it will definitely degrade the quality of the print, we wouldn’t want that now would we?

1. CONDITIONS OF USE
1.1 Use of the Services and Web Site
The web site Printciple.co.uk and the goods and services on it are offered to you for your personal and non-commercial use only. Commercial use of this Web Site is strictly prohibited.

Printciple  may from time to time without notice change the format and content of this Web Site and/or the Services and suspend the operation of the Web Site and/or the Services in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the Web Site and/or the Services.

You will comply with all directions given by Printciple  in relation to the use of and access to the Web Site and the Services. Printciple  does not accept responsibility for the security or content of any information which you may supply through the Web Site or the Services and will not be liable for the content of any communications received by you from other parties.
4. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIAIBILITY
Printciple  does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or any other liability which may not, by applicable law, be excluded or limited.
Subject to the paragraph above in this clause 4, in no event shall Printciple , its directors, employees or other representatives be liable (whether for breach of contract, negligence or for any other reason) for any loss of profits, loss of sales, loss of revenue, loss of any software or data, loss of bargain, loss of opportunity, loss of use of computer equipment, software or data, loss of or waste of management or other staff time, or for any indirect, consequential or special loss (howsoever arising).
Subject to the two paragraphs above in this clause 4, Printciple  liability to you whether in contract, tort or howsoever arising is limited to the amount paid by you to Printciple  in respect of the relevant Supplies.
You shall indemnify and keep indemnified Printciple  against any loss or damage arising from your unauthorised use of the Web Site and from all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including legal costs), awards and damages howsoever arising, directly or indirectly as a result of any breach or non-performance by you of any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
Printciple  supplies this Web Site and the Supplies "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, makes no representations or warranties (express or implied) of any kind, including but not limited to, the accuracy, quality, suitability, fitness for purpose or completeness of any information or materials made available on this Web Site or the Supplies, or any third party web sites linked from this Web Site. You may be able to purchase Supplies via this Web Site either direct from Printciple  or from third parties. You must ensure that, if you do intend to make any purchases, you know the identity of the company with which you will be contracting. Any contract you conclude with third parties will be on their terms and conditions and Printciple  will accept no liability whatsoever in respect of such contracts. The following paragraphs of this clause 5 contain terms and conditions relating solely to any sale or provision of Supplies direct to you by Printciple , not by any third party.
5.2 Prices
The prices of all Goods are clearly marked in their description and are inclusive of VAT and duty (if applicable). All delivery charges are also displayed on this Web Site.
At any given time, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our site may be mispriced. We do, however, verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
5.3 Conclusion of Contract of Sale
Any Supplies and prices of Supplies displayed on this Web Site constitute an invitation to treat. Once you go to the checkout section of this Web Site and click to purchase any Supplies, this constitutes an offer made by you to Printciple . Acceptance of your offer only occurs once you receive notification from Printciple  of acceptance of your order.
5.4 Period of Offer
Prices of any Supplies may be changed by Printciple  at any time before the conclusion of an agreement to sell i.e. once you receive notification from Printciple  of acceptance of your order.
5.5 Payment
Payment is to be made by credit or debit card and all credit and debit card information will be encrypted for security. At no time does Printciple  have access or see your credit card details. If you pay by Paypal, payments are made externally on Paypals own website. Once payment is complete you will be returned to 8Ball.co.uk, and will receive a confirmation email from Printciple Urbnwear. All Paypal payments are covered under Paypal.co.uk terms and conditions.
5.6 Delivery
Delivery of any Goods will be by courier or post depending on the size and nature of the Goods to be supplied. If you order any item from Printciple  it is you as the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the details you provide to Printciple  are correct. This includes your billing address, contact telephone numbers, email address, and delivery address. It is not the responsibility of Printciple   to correct any delivery address’, and under The Data Protection Act we cannot amend your billing address details. You can do this immediately through our contact page. We will ship goods to the address you as the customer provide us with. It is your responsibility to review all your details to ensure they are correct at the registration of your account, at the checkout and payment process, as well as to review all these details on your confirmation order email.
The Goods will normally be despatched within 14 days of purchase, if we are unable to despatch within this time we will notify you that this is the case and you will have an option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable.
5.7 Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before delivery, without affecting the continuance of this agreement between Printciple  and you in relation to use of this Web Site. If any money has been collected from your credit or debit card, this will be refunded. Notification of cancellation must be through our contact page . Once the Goods have been delivered, you may still return them to Printciple  within 14 working days of dispatch for a full refund (minus postage costs), provided the Goods are in good condition. You may not return an item after this time has expired. Where Services have been ordered, you may cancel the order within 7 working days of the day on which the order was placed.
6. TERMINATION
